Description: We introduced a semi-basement double garage, laundry, two bedrooms, flexi-space and ensuite/family bathroom in the underutilised front yard. This allowed the private back yard to remain intact. The extension was built in the original style of the home and the old and new are almost seamlessly connected. The extra bedrooms freed up the original lounge and altogether created a great family home.
