Mt Roskill

Description: This transitional bungalow in Auckland’s Mt Roskill received a complete overhaul. The original interior was run down and previous renovations had cut off living areas and bedrooms. We designed an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as opening up the master suite to include a walk in wardrobe and ensuite.

Care was taken to respect the original bungalow interior detailing. We designed timber wainscoting and exposed timber boxed ceiling beams, which were then custom made by the talented carpenter Zed from Artbuild. Custom timber window joinery was designed and installed to give more light to the living and kitchen space. The exterior was repaired and repainted and a new brick porch installed at the front entry.
