Description: This Takapuna project is a well-connected, high-quality residential development offering a sought-after coastal lifestyle. The site is within walking distance of Takapuna beach and town centre, Lake Pupuke, schools, leisure centres, healthcare providers and essential shops and services. In off-peak traffic, it is a 15-minute drive from Auckland’s City Centre.

The two mid-rise buildings comprise 54 apartments with layouts designed to maximise sun, light and views. A neutral colour palette has been chosen for a timeless feel.
